Anytime you feel negative emotion, stop and say: Something is important here; otherwise, I would not be feeling this negative emotion. What is it that I want? And then simply turn your attention to what you do want… . In the moment you turn your attention to what you want, the negative attraction will stop; and in the moment the negative attraction stops, the positive attraction will begin. And—in that moment—your feeling will change from not feeling good to feeling good. That is the Process of Pivoting.

Hello! Well, as spring began, I wasn’t as joyful as I wished I was, so I had to find ways to get there again, I had to know why it felt hard to be happy again.
And here are several thing you may consider :
1. Detach yourself from your past
Whatever you’re going through, remember that you’re not your past, you are who you decide to be right now, you create yourself anew in this very moment. So this not so joyful phase you’re having right now is just a result of what you previously created, it’s done, worrying about it will only keep creating it. From the moment you successfully let go what you previously created, you allow the universe to make a more joyful reality flow to you.
2. Remember to be grateful
Don’t see that as an exercise you have to do though, but more as something you do naturally each day. You have plenty of reasons to be grateful, and sometimes all you need is to enjoy one reason you are grateful a little longer than usual. Someone helped you today ? Think about it again, and tell yourself why it was so good that it happened. It’s the attention to little details that will help you feel better, the simple things are the best way to connect back to our true selves.
I noticed that I wasn’t doing that anymore, but I remembered gratitude is a continuous process, you don’t just do it until you’re happy enough, you keep doing it, and once you’re really happy, you will really love expressing how thankful you are for all the good things that are in your life. Just start small, and the more you’ll do it, the easier it will get.
3. Focus on big dreams
What I notice recently is when you focus a dream big enough, you just dream about it, you’re not trying to figure out how to achieve it with where you are and what you have, but you know in your heart that it’s a vision you want to see come true.
When I wasn’t feeling so good, I noticed that I was trapping myself in the current reality, in what I was living, and I wasn’t looking far enough, the reality I was dreaming about wasn’t different enough from the current one for me to feel really different when I thought about it.
People will say to you to focus on short term objectives, things you know you can achieve with some effort in an estimated period of time, to take baby steps. In some cases it can be the right thing to do, but doing this is like having the majority of your self in the current reality, because in this vision, your goal is too close to where you are now.
Dare dreaming big, and don’t worry about thinking how you can do it or when, just dream, place yourself in a mental picture where things are just perfect, just close your eyes, and enjoy. Don’t plan how to do it, don’t fix yourself a time frame, just dream, and then go back to your life. You will start to notice short term dreams will then seem easier to achieve.
4. Eat healthy and move !
The chemicals of your body help you staying in a happy state. If you nourish your cells with food that have a lot of benefits, you will feel more balanced, more energized, and then, happier. http://www.whfoods.com/foodstoc.php
Feeling low ? Eat a banana, they will release chemicals that will make you feel better in no time.
Avoid drugs and pills, and limit your consumption of processed foods, stay simple, nature has everything in store we need to stay healthy.
Also, moving your body, practicing sport or yoga will energised your whole self, you will then feel less static, more eager to pursue your dreams.
Spend more time outside, we don’t realize the power of being in nature.
5. Give more time to yourself
Every day can be full of distractions, but at anytime you can decide to take 15 minutes for yourself, and meditate, or have a walk, or just go outside and breath deeply. Turn off your TV and do more of what you love.
6. Get inspired
There are great teachers out there who have made wonderful books and videos to get us inspired and stay on track. You can for example read Conversations with God from Neale Donald Walsh, or watch videos from Abraham Hicks workshops on youtube. Sources of inspiration are endless :D

Just wanted to express a manifestation.my vision board was to meet my celeb crushes. one being harry styles of one direction. i entered all contests to meet them and failed. they were in my city of 305, miami, so i decided to find them and see if they would meet fans, telling myself the universe knows the best way for my dream to come true. waited only a few hours, and didnt meet them, but was 4 feet away from them. if that isnt a manifestation idk what is! this is a year long manifestation though… so never ever give up!
